LCDR Kelley Edwards has served for the past 13 years in the marine safety and security field. She is currently assigned at Coast Guard Headquarters in the Office of Port and Facility Compliance, Domestic Ports Division (CG-FAC-1), Critical Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Branch. There her responsibilities include conducting cyber risk management of the Marine Transportation System (MTS). Prior to this position, she was assigned and studied in the Coast Guard’s Marine Industry – Port Safety and Security Training program with a focus in cybersecurity to include within the MTS. She previously served as the Supervisor at Marine Safety Detachment Cincinnati, and as Marine Inspector at Sector Miami, Miami Beach, FL, and Sector Delaware Bay, Philadelphia, PA.
